A quick acai bowl recipe made with frozen açai, banana, and strawberries.
Blended until thick and topped with fresh fruits and granola.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups açai fruit frozen
  • 1 large banana fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 to 4 oz grape juice or apple juice
  • 1 cup banana sliced
  • 1 kiwi sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ½ cup granola
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine frozen açai, banana, strawberries, and juice.
  • Start with less juice and gradually add more to reach your desired thickness.
  • Blend until smooth and thick.
  • Divide the mixture into two bowls.
  • Top with sliced banana, kiwi, blueberries, strawberries, and granola.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy this delicious acai bowl recipe.

Notes

  • You can substitute grape juice with apple juice or orange juice.
  • Add chia seeds or flaxseeds for extra nutrition.
  • Coconut flakes make a great topping addition.
