Add the frozen berries or fruit to a food processor.
Process for about 1 minute until a rough puree forms.
Add the sugar and pulse briefly to combine.
Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
Add the egg white to the fruit mixture.
Process for 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture becomes smooth, pale, and fluffy.
The mousse should double or triple in volume.
If the mixture sticks to the sides of the processor and does not whip properly, transfer it to a medium bowl.
Using a hand mixer fitted with whisk attachments, beat until light and airy.
Spoon the 5 Minute Fruit Mousse into serving glasses.
Garnish with fresh berries and whipped cream if desired.
Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
