3 Ingredient Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
 

  • Make the batter:
  • Mash the bananas in a medium bowl until smooth and paste-like. You can also mash them in a zip bag and squeeze into the bowl for less mess.
  • Add the eggs and whisk until fully combined. Stir in the flour until no lumps remain.
  • Cook the pancakes:
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  • Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan. Cook for about 2 minutes until edges set.
  • Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Repeat with remaining batter. Keep pancakes warm before serving.
  • These 3 Ingredient Banana Pancakes are best served fresh and warm.
