Make the batter:
Mash the bananas in a medium bowl until smooth and paste-like. You can also mash them in a zip bag and squeeze into the bowl for less mess.
Add the eggs and whisk until fully combined. Stir in the flour until no lumps remain.
Cook the pancakes:
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan. Cook for about 2 minutes until edges set.
Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
Repeat with remaining batter. Keep pancakes warm before serving.
