Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cans butter beans drained
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a large sauté pan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in vegetable broth and add cream cheese. Stir until fully melted and smooth.
  • Add drained butter beans and gently stir.
  • Let simmer uncovered for 10–15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
