Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the cubed chicken lightly with salt and black pepper.
Add the chicken to the hot skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes until browned on one side.
While the chicken cooks, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
Turn the chicken pieces over and pour the sauce into the skillet.

Continue cooking for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce slightly thickens.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
